Monthly gathering of people who identify as women to explore themes of the season, share what is true in the moment and set intentions for the coming month.

Rejuvenation Yoga
Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative/Yin and Feldenkrais forms of yoga, to open up and heal blocked areas and stretch into new possibilities.
Retreats
Set in natural settings, ReCenter Retreats provide a place to pause, reflect, connect and rejuvenate. Through arts, movement, storytelling and mindfulness activities, participants explore new avenues for expression, reignite creativity and restore wellbeing.
